Lifeguard Sun Safety Training
The Joseph E. Enright Foundation provided health education
regarding sun safety to over 75 lifeguards in Spring Lake NJ.
Lifeguards were provided with resources from the American Cancer
Society and a Derma Scan was available for self analysis. (The
Derma Scan is a tool that uses ultraviolet light to show sun
damage that cannot be seen to the naked eye).
A copy of “The Dark Side of the Sun” provided by the Molly
Biggane Melanoma Foundation was also made available.

Joseph E. Enright Foundation is partnering with Sage Eldercare and
Summit Medical Group to present “Unprecedented Stress – A Stress
Management Program”
Regardless of how stress originates (economy, holidays, or other
situations), how people respond primarily depends on the resources
such as family support and friends, stress management techniques,
and possibly even genetics.
Join us as Elizabeth Nikol, MSW, LCSW presents and provides information
and resources about screening patients for depression and/or anxiety,
offers education about stress management, and talks to participants
about their concerns.
Also presenting is Steven Kaye, CFP®, a Certified Financial Planner
and President of American Economic Planning Group, inc. He will discuss
ways to reduce stress concerning financial matters , such as reducing investment
risk, projecting retirement security, evaluating risk , assessing your own risk
level and how to improve financial peace of mind.
