Kathleen Enright (Honorary Chair), Kathleen Enright was Joe’s high school sweetheart.  Together they had two children and Kathy brought her expertise as a nurse to help Joe’s practice get established.  “The Enright Foundation is a fitting tribute to Joe who would be so pleased that we honor his memory by helping to prevent melanoma and by encouraging young people to enter the medical profession.”


Richard O. Nelson, MD (President), Dr. Nelson graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1981 and New York  Medical College in 1985.  He served as a post-doctoral residency fellow for Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons while completing his residency training in internal medicine at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ.  He then served in the US Navy Reserve and was in the Persian Gulf aboard the USNS Comfort during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.  Dr. Nelson is the medical director of SAGE Spend-A-Day adult care center and a member of the Primary Care Council at Overlook Hospital.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Summit Medical Group and was recognized as one of NJ Monthly magazine's "Top Doctors" in 2010.  He has practiced in the Summit area since 1991 and his office is in Warren, NJ. He was a close friend and partner of Dr. Enright and has been a member of the Board of the Enright Foundation since its formation in 1999.  Dr. Nelson has served as president of the Foundation since 2002.  "If we can help even just one person avoid the devastation that came to Joe and his family, we will have been able to make something very good out of something very bad." James McDaid, DC (Vice President), Dr. McDaid is a 1978 graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University in Madison NJ. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree in 1983 from National College of Chiropractic. He has been in practice in the Summit community, specializing in musculoskeletal pain syndromes. Certified in Chiropractic Sports by the National College of Chiropractic Medicine and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Dr. McDaid is currently pursuing a master’s degree in science and has been a lecturer at Overlook Hospital, UMDNJ, and Hunterdon Medical Center. A good friend of Joe Enright, Dr. McDaid has been involved in the community, donating his time to charitable organizations, fundraisers, and youth groups. Email


Steven W. Kaye, CFP,CLU, ChFC, RHU, CEBS, AAMS, CRC (Secretary/Treasurer), Steven Kaye is the founder and president of American Economic Planning Group (AEPG), a wealth management firm located in Warren, New Jersey.  His firm provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management for individuals and 401-k/pension administration and employee benefits for businesses. Andrew Fingerhut, CPA, Mr. Fingerhut is a partner in the accounting firm of Sonzogni, Bottitto & Fingerhut, LLC  in Bedminster, New Jersey, which is a full service accounting firm servicing clients in both the private and business sectors. Mr. Fingerhut has been a certified public accountant for over twenty years and a large portion of his practice is dedicated to working on non-profit organizations, welfare and pension plans, and government entities.  Donating time to his community and charitable organizations, Mr. Fingerhut is an active member of the Hillsborough Volunteer Fire Department, has served on the Financial Committee of Temple Beth-El and the Jewish Federation of Somerset, Hunterdon & Warren counties, coached soccer for eight years in the Hillsborough youth soccer league, and serves on the boards of Embrace Kids Foundation and The Century For The Cure Inc.  He joined the Joseph Enright Foundation Board because its main focus is education: “Education could greatly reduce skin cancer and I am excited to be part of a group so focused on that aspect of prevention.”   Email


Richard J. Lesko, MD, FACEP, FACP, Dr. Lesko graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in psychology, Harvard University with an M.A. in psychology and social relations, and from New York University with an M.D. degree. After earning his degrees, Dr. Lesko served as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force and completed board certification in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Mass. and Overlook Hospital in Summit, N.J.  He also held a post-doctoral residency for Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  Dr. Lesko has been practicing primary care medicine in the community for the past 19 years, has served on the Board of Directors of the Summit Medical Group and has held numerous leadership positions in the Department of Internal Medicine.  He also serves on the advisory board of the Global Consulting Group which focuses on continuing medical education for physicians, and is a member of the Primary Care Leadership Council at Overlook Hospital. He was a close friend of Dr. Enright’s and recruited him to the practice. He has been an active member of the Foundation's Board of Directors for the past several years. Email


Elizabeth Manzo, Esq., Elizabeth is a partner at the firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. where she concentrates her practice in elder law, trust and estate planning / litigation, and employee benefits law / ERISA.  Ms. Manzo is co-chair of the Elder Law Section of the Union County Bar Association and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and the Elder Law and Probate and Trust Law sections of the American and New Jersey Bar Association. She was selected as one of New Jersey Law Journal's Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers for 2009 and one of NJBIZ magazine's Top 40 Under 40 professionals in business for 2010. Having spent her childhood summers sizzling in the sun while enjoying New Jersey's sand and beaches on the world-renowned Long Beach Island, Ms. Manzo is now committed to better skin cancer awareness and prevention. Michelle Napoli, Michelle Napoli is the Human Resources Manager for the Carnegie Corporation of New York, a philanthropic foundation established by Andrew Carnegie.  The Carnegie Corporation carries out Andrew Carnegie’s vision of doing “real and permanent good in the world” by issuing grants to fund the development of educational systems and libraries in the United States, Africa and Eurasia, as well as grants promoting international peace and security.  Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology from Kean University and is a member of the Central New Jersey Society for Human Resource Management Professionals. 

In addition to supporting the Joseph E. Enright Foundation’s mission of health awareness and education, and scholarships to support those pursuing careers in health care, Michelle is an active participant in fundraising events to raise money and awareness for women’s cancers and amyloidosis.

David Potash, Mr. Potash worked as the Group Network Manager at the Summit Medical Group until 2003 when he founded OSA Systems, LLC, a private firm specializing in computer and communication integration and installation for residential and business customers.  O.S.A. Systems is an established leader in wiring based technology for the home or office.  Under David Potash’s leadership, O.S.A. provides cutting edge products and services and is the name trusted by families and businesses throughout Central New Jersey to install and maintain alarm, communication and entertainment systems.  He currently offers much of his free time to charitable endeavors, including the Enright Foundation, by assisting in fund raising, technology, and event coordination. William A. Tansey, III, M.D., FACC, Dr. Tansey is a graduate of Yale University and of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He received post graduate education in internal medicine and cardiology at St. Lukes Hospital in New York City. He became a qualified submarine medical officer in the US Navy before joining a private medical practice in Short Hills and ultimately became a partner in the Department of Cardiology at the Summit Medical Group. Dr. Tansey was recognized as one of "America's Top Physicians" for Cardiovascular Disease in 2004-2005 and in 2010 won the Outstanding Physician of the Year Award from the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants (NJSSPA).  Among his other awards and recognitions are the distinguished Ellis Island Medal of Honor; volunteer service recognition from the American Heart Association and the New Jersey Symphony; listed by The Consumer Research Council of America on "America's Top Cardiologists;" and listed among Best Doctors in America in regional and national magazines.  Active in both community and national organizations, Dr. Tansey is Chair of the Board of Liberty Science Center and Medical Advisor to the Millburn Short Hills Volunteer First Aid Squad, the Millburn Fire Department and the Millburn Office of the Red Cross.  He is on the Board of the Founders Affiliate of the American Heart Association which includes all of the northeastern states and he serves with other cardiology leaders on the New Jersey Cardiac Health Advisory Panel and on the Advisory Committee for the Montclair State University College of Science and Mathematics.  Dr. Tansey is on the Scholarship Committee of the Joseph E. Enright Foundation. He is most interested in initiatives which enrich science education, promote healthcare careers and inform public advocacy efforts dedicated quality healthcare and healthier communities. Email


Mark I. Zimmerman, MD, FCCP, FACP (Founding President), A graduate of the New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Zimmerman is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.He is currently the Director of the Intensive Care Unit at Overlook Hospital as well as the Chairman of the Critical Care Committee.He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.He is an active teacher and mentor of young physicians in the training program at Overlook Hospital where he has received a number of teaching awards. He also volunteers as a Committee Chairman for Boy Scout Troop 63 in New Providence.Dr. Zimmerman was a close friend of Dr. Enright and was the founding President of the Foundation. After leaving the Summit Medical Group in 2002, Dr. Zimmerman’s association with the Foundation has remained strong and he is an active participant on the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Email


William Madsen, Executive Director, As a melanoma cancer survivor, Chip brings an intense passion to the mission of the Joseph E. Enright Foundation along with over 20 years’ experience in non-profit management. He has developed and implemented programs for inner city children, was awarded Volunteer of the Year for Reading Is Fundamental in 2001 and was featured in the Chronicle of Philanthropy for excellence in management.He also serves as Chairperson of the South Orange/Maplewood Community Coalition on Race which promotes and encourages intentional integration and serves on the Advisory Board of Reading Is Fundamental in Washington, D.C.“My goal is to save people from dying from this preventable and treatable cancer and to spare them the painful side effects associated with treatment.” Email
